Help me prepare for a difficult conversation by practicing it. Situation and the other person: [SITUATION_AND_PERSON]. What I want to achieve: [MY_GOAL]. What I am afraid they will say or do: [MY_FEARS]. History and relationship: [HISTORY]. First, ask me three clarifying questions and wait for answers. Then run a practice conversation: you play the other person realistically (not as a villain), responding in 1 to 3 sentences. Use the reactions I fear, but let the conversation improve when I use clear facts, "I" statements, curiosity, and a specific request. If I accuse or generalize, respond defensively. After about 10 turns, or when I type PAUSE, step out and give feedback: what worked, what escalated, what the other person may have felt, and two alternative phrasings for my hardest lines. Then provide a preparation sheet: opening sentence; my key message in two sentences; facts to cite; questions to ask them; three likely reactions and my responses; what I will not do; a fallback if it goes badly; and how to end with a clear next step. Suggest whether the conversation should happen in person, by phone, or in writing. Include safety guidance: if you fear harm, seek support from a trusted person or professional instead of confronting alone.
