Review the structure and naming of my knowledge base. Product and audience: [PRODUCT_AND_AUDIENCE]. Category tree and article titles: [PASTE_STRUCTURE]. Top search queries and top ticket topics: [SEARCH_AND_TICKET_DATA].

Score each criterion from 1 to 5 with evidence:
1. Organization by customer task rather than internal teams or product architecture.
2. Depth: no more than 3 levels; no category with fewer than 3 or more than 15 articles.
3. Titles: start with the user's goal in their words ("Change your email address"), consistent patterns, no jargon, no duplicates.
4. Coverage: match between search queries and ticket topics and existing articles; list gaps.
5. Duplication and overlap: articles that should be merged.
6. Findability: related-article links, tags, and popular-articles placement.
7. Content types: how-to, troubleshooting, reference, and concept articles distinguished.
8. Freshness: owner and review date for each article.
9. Accessibility and clarity of navigation.
10. Measurement: article helpfulness ratings and search without result reports.

Return a scorecard, a proposed new category tree in indented text, a rename table (old title, new title, reason), a merge and retire list, and a 4-week plan. Use my data; do not invent articles that exist.
