Add a section ranking the revision tasks by the amount of rewriting each requires and a checklist for evaluating the revised draft. Provide a list of ten reader-experience questions to ask after finishing a read-through, and a reminder to take notes as a reader before judging as the writer. Also summarise the manuscript's strongest asset in two sentences, so that the revision plan protects what already works.
