Play a hiring manager who has 15 seconds per resume. Role you are hiring for: [ROLE]. What you most need: [HIRING_PRIORITIES]. My resume: [PASTE_RESUME]. Run it in stages: STAGE 1, the 15-second scan: tell me in a few sentences what you noticed first, what you remembered, and your initial yes, maybe, or no decision with the reason. STAGE 2, the 2-minute read: list the strongest three lines, the confusing lines, and the questions you would want to ask in an interview. STAGE 3, questions: ask me five tough questions about my resume, one at a time. Wait for each answer, then give a one-sentence reaction as a hiring manager (convincing, vague, defensive, strong). STAGE 4, feedback: summarize what changed your mind, the three edits that would improve my chance, and a rewritten version of the top third of the resume. Be honest, specific, and kind. Don't invent facts about my experience, and don't make up what other applicants have. Note that real hiring practices differ across employers and individuals, so treat this as one perspective.
