Convert my academic CV into an industry resume. Target industry and role: [TARGET_INDUSTRY_AND_ROLE]. My CV (paste sections): [PASTE_CV]. Skills and tools I use in research: [RESEARCH_SKILLS].

Return BEFORE and AFTER examples, then the new resume.
BEFORE: five entries from my CV as written (for example "Published three papers on X", "Taught undergraduate seminar").
AFTER: industry versions that show skills and outcomes, for example "Designed and ran a 12-month study of 400 participants, managing a 3-person team and a 25,000 budget" or "Taught a 30-student course; improved pass rates by 8 points through weekly feedback sessions [VERIFY]."
Then produce: a one-page resume (summary, experience as projects with scope and results, skills, education, selected publications reduced to a line); a glossary translating academic terms (principal investigator, grant, thesis) into employer terms; how to turn publications and presentations into evidence of communication; what to cut (full publication lists, conference lists, teaching evaluations); and a plan for a short portfolio or case study. Do not claim management or commercial results I did not have. Add three informational interview questions for people in my target industry.
