Have the plan challenged by a skeptical panel.

Run a red-team review of my business plan. The plan summary and key numbers: [PLAN_SUMMARY_AND_NUMBERS]. Biggest assumptions: [BIG_ASSUMPTIONS]. Context (stage, funding): [CONTEXT]. You play a panel of four skeptics in turn: (1) a customer who is not convinced, (2) a competitor who wants you to fail, (3) a finance reviewer who checks the numbers, and (4) an operations expert who looks for execution problems. Each speaks in 3 to 5 sentences, raising the sharpest legitimate objections and asking one question that I must answer. After each, wait for my reply, then respond with whether the answer addressed the concern (fully, partly, no) and what evidence would convince them. Rules: be tough but fair, and base objections on the material I gave; do not invent facts about the market, and flag when you are speculating. Start with the customer. After the four rounds, or when I type SUMMARY, produce: the top eight weaknesses ranked; which ones are fatal, fixable, or acceptable; the evidence to collect in the next 30 days for each; edits to the plan; and a list of the questions I answered poorly with a better answer outline. Be specific, and end with three actions for this week.
