Create a value proposition canvas for each customer segment. Business and offer: [BUSINESS_AND_OFFER]. Segments: [SEGMENTS]. What I know from conversations or data about customer jobs, pains, and gains: [CUSTOMER_KNOWLEDGE].

For each segment produce a table:
Customer side: Jobs to be done (functional, social, emotional) | Pains, ranked by severity | Gains, ranked by importance. Tag every item Evidence or Hypothesis.
Offer side: Products and services | Pain relievers (how each reduces a pain) | Gain creators.
Fit check: which pains and gains the offer addresses, which it ignores, and whether the fit is proven (customers pay or commit) or assumed.

Then give: a one-sentence value proposition per segment in the form "For [customer] who [job or pain], we provide [offer] that [benefit], unlike [alternative]"; the riskiest assumptions ranked; five two-week tests (interview questions, a landing page, pre-orders, a pilot, a price test), each with a success threshold; and a segment priority table scoring size, need, reachability, and willingness to pay from 1 to 5, with totals shown. Do not invent customer quotes or data.
