Audit backup and recovery. What is backed up (files, database), frequency, retention, location, who has access, and the date of the last restore test: [BACKUP_DETAILS]. How long the site can be down: [DOWNTIME_TOLERANCE]. Host support: [HOST_SUPPORT].

A backup that has not been restored is a hope, not a backup. Check for backups on the same server only, no off-site copy (recommend at least one, and name who holds the access details), never tested, missing database, and unknown retention. Calculate the data-loss window and restore time from my numbers: daily backups at 02:00 mean up to 24 hours of changes lost. Recovery table (Scenario, Likely cause, Recovery action, Who, Expected time) for: a plugin update breaks the site, the site is hacked, the database is corrupted, and the host fails. Restore test on a staging copy with a checklist: site loads, forms work, orders or content are present. Return a table and a plan. Menus and defaults in the platform change, so tag details you cannot confirm [VERIFY] and tell me how to check them in my account.
