Internal Linking Opportunity Finder
Find where related pages should link to each other.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Find internal linking opportunities. Site and goals (pages that should rank or convert): [SITE_AND_GOALS]. List of pages with URL, title, main topic, and current inbound internal links: [PAGE_LIST]. Page text for key pages: [KEY_PAGE_TEXT]. Return: Table 1, orphan and weak pages: URL | Inbound links | Importance | Action. Table 2, link suggestions: From page | Anchor text (descriptive, natural, varied) | To page | Reason | Location in the text (paragraph or section where it fits). Table 3, hub pages: topic hubs that should link out to their supporting pages, and supporting pages that should link back. Table 4, navigation and footer: which important pages are not linked from navigation, and the risk of over-linking. Rules: links must help readers, so only suggest a link when the destination adds value; avoid exact-match anchor repetition; do not link every mention; limit new links to a reasonable number per page; keep important pages within a few clicks of the home page. Use only pages I listed. Provide a process for implementing 20 links per week, a QA checklist (no broken links, no redirects, no nofollow on internal links unless needed), and a way to measure effect (crawl depth, impressions of target pages).
