Detect pages competing for the same queries and decide what to do. Site: [SITE]. Data export (query, page, clicks, impressions, average position) from a search performance report: [PASTE_PERFORMANCE_DATA]. Pages and their intents: [PAGE_LIST].

Process the data with this tree:
1. Group data by query. IF a query shows two or more pages receiving impressions THEN it is a candidate.
2. For each candidate, check the intent. IF the pages answer different intents (for example a guide versus a product page) THEN it is not harmful; make titles and headings clearly distinct.
3. IF the intent is the same THEN decide the primary page (best conversion, links, depth, position).
4. IF the weaker page has unique value THEN merge or reposition it; IF not THEN redirect or noindex, depending on whether it needs to remain accessible.
5. Update internal links so the primary page gets the anchor text for the query.

Output a table: Query | Pages | Impressions and clicks per page | Intent | Verdict (harmless, consolidate, differentiate, redirect) | Action | Expected effect (state as a hypothesis). Rank by traffic at stake. Provide a monitoring plan for 6 to 8 weeks and a warning that position data fluctuates. Use only data I pasted.
