Privacy review: tags that send personal data to third parties need a legal basis and consent where applicable [VERIFY]. Add governance: each tag has an owner, a purpose, a review date and an approval step; changes are tested in preview mode and recorded with a version note; permissions are limited to named people; and the container is exported as a backup before big changes. Provide a quarterly review checklist and a rollback procedure. Add a closing step: schedule a quarterly review with the owners of each tag, and remove any tag whose owner cannot say what decision it supports. Record the removal date and keep a backup of the container before changes so they can be reversed.
