Audit my morning routine. The steps with times as they happen: [MORNING_STEPS]. What time I wake and need to leave: [WAKE_AND_LEAVE]. What I find stressful: [STRESS_POINTS]. What I want from the morning: [GOALS]. Total the minutes and compare with the available time, showing the arithmetic. Classify each step as essential, helpful, or optional and note any decision-making that slows me (choosing clothes, finding items, checking messages). Suggest prepare-the-night-before changes, a reordering, and one habit to add or drop with a two-week trial and measure (time I leave, how I feel on a 1-to-5 scale). Provide a minimum routine for bad days. Be respectful of caring duties and energy levels I mention. This is not health advice. Add a worked example: wake 6:45, leave 8:00 gives 75 minutes; shower 12, dress 8, breakfast 15, packing and keys 10, phone scrolling 20 (total 65) leaves 10 minutes of margin; moving packing to the night before saves 8 minutes, and trimming scrolling to 10 gives 18 more. Ask which minutes I would spend differently.
