Google Sheets Accessibility and Readability Audit
Check colours, labels and structure for all users.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Audit a Google Sheet for readability and access. Description of layout: headings, merged cells, colours used for meaning, fonts and sizes, frozen rows, notes and comments, charts: [LAYOUT_DESCRIPTION]. Run these checks and say how to test each: header row text is clear and frozen; each column has one type of data; no merged cells within data; colour is not the only signal, so status is shown with words as well as colour; contrast is sufficient, tested from hex codes I supply [VERIFY]; number formats are consistent; charts have titles, axis labels and a text description; a key or notes tab explains abbreviations; and the sheet can be navigated with the keyboard alone [VERIFY]. Score each from 1 to 5, count the checks passed out of the total with the percentage, and list simple fixes first. Return a table, a tidy-up for the top of the sheet with a short 'how to use this sheet' block and a legend, and an accessible version for export. Because features change between releases, I will check each named option myself; show uncertainty with [VERIFY] and keep claims modest.
