Check designs for common accessibility issues.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Review designs for accessibility before handoff. Description of screens, colours with hex codes, text sizes, interactive elements and icons: [DESIGN_DETAILS]. List findings by screen with the element, the issue, the idea behind the guideline in plain words, and the fix. Compute contrast ratios only when I give hex values, showing the method; otherwise ask for them and mark [VERIFY]. Check text size and whether text can grow without breaking, touch target size [VERIFY the guidance for the platform], visible focus indicators, information carried by colour alone (error states must not rely on red alone), form labelling, error messages and motion. Score each area and count issues by severity. Return a table and a recommended order of fixes. A design review does not replace testing the built product with assistive technology, and nothing here should be described as compliance. Put the issues most likely to block a user first. If I did not supply enough detail to judge an area, list it under Not assessed with the information you need, rather than passing it.
