Audit a component library. List of components with usage counts across files, last edited, owner, documentation status, and number of detached instances if known: [LIBRARY_DATA].

Define your measures first: usage count is the number of instances across files, and the detach rate is detached instances divided by all instances where known. Calculate the total components, those unused for six months, duplicates (same function, different names), those without documentation, and the detach rate, with arithmetic. Tabulate the ten least used and ten most detached components, and explain what high detach rates usually mean, that the component does not meet a real need, with a fix for each.

Recommend merges, deprecations and fixes, and a deprecation process: a notice with a date, the replacement and a migration guide. Do not remove anything in use, and notify consumers. Estimate the clean-up effort in hours and total it. State which analytics features I need on my plan [VERIFY]. Return a table and a plan.
