SharePoint Intranet Page Quality and Accessibility Audit
Check intranet pages for clarity and accessible design.

Audit intranet pages in SharePoint. Pages with titles, text, images, links and layout notes: [PAGES]. Our standards for content and accessibility: [STANDARDS]. Work page by page. Check for a clear purpose and owner, headings in order, plain language, meaningful link text, alternative text, contrast, tables used for data only, broken links, outdated dates, and mobile readability as far as I describe it. Score each page from 1 to 5 on content, structure and accessibility with evidence for every score (such as the heading that skips a level or the link that says 'click here'), count how many pages meet each standard with percentages, and calculate averages. Explain why each accessibility issue matters to a real user, for example a screen-reader user who navigates by headings. Return a table, rewrites for the two weakest pages, a page template that prevents the three commonest problems, and a short training note for authors. Say what you cannot check from text; a text review cannot replace testing with a keyboard and a screen reader.
