Audit permissions on our SharePoint sites as a defensive review of my own tenant, recommending tightening with owner agreement and no ways to bypass controls. For each site: owners, members, visitors, groups with access, number of unique permissions, external users, sharing link types and types of content: [SITE_PERMISSIONS]. Our policy: [POLICY].

Look for sensitive content in sites open to everyone, large numbers of individual permissions, broad groups with edit rights, anonymous or company-wide links on sensitive files, external users who left the project, ownerless sites and sites with a single owner. Rate each high, medium or low with the reason and estimate the effort for each fix. Base findings on the data supplied, state what is missing, and ask the right people before any change.

Return a table, a priority order, a message to site owners asking for confirmation, and a quarterly review routine. Mark names of reports and settings [VERIFY].
