Audit meeting load using my Teams calendar data: meetings per week with length, attendees, recurring or not, agenda present, and whether decisions were made: [MEETING_DATA]. Working hours: [WORKING_HOURS].

Open with the headline numbers: total meeting hours, share of the working week, recurring meetings and their share, meetings with more than eight attendees, meetings without an agenda, and meetings that produced no decision or action, with arithmetic and the sample size. Classify each meeting as decide, create, inform or social. For each type estimate hours reclaimed by the proposed change (keep, shorten, change format or stop) and total them with the arithmetic, showing before and after hours and a target. Name the three meetings to change first because they are biggest or easiest.

Protect meetings that build relationships and ask attendees before cutting anything; do not blame organisers. Write the message to organisers: a thank-you, the proposal, the reason and an invitation to disagree. Suggest a two-week experiment with measures and a rule for new recurring meetings.
