Please audit the labels, components and naming patterns in my Jira project and help me create order. I will paste lists and counts. Mark any claim about how Jira handles labels or components [VERIFY].

Inputs: all labels with issue counts [LABEL_LIST], all components with lead and issue counts [COMPONENT_LIST], 20 sample issue titles [SAMPLE_TITLES], our teams and product areas [TEAMS_AND_AREAS], and any naming rules we already have [EXISTING_RULES].

Deliver: (1) a labels table with columns Label, Count, Problem (Duplicate meaning / Typo / Case variation / One-off / Too vague / Fine), Suggested single label; (2) group variants together, for example "front-end", "frontend" and "FrontEnd", and show the total issues affected per group with arithmetic; (3) a components review noting components without a lead, with zero issues, or overlapping; (4) title pattern analysis: percent of sample titles that start with a verb, contain a component name, or are too long, with counts; (5) a proposed convention of no more than ten rules, a short glossary of allowed labels, and an owner role for approvals; (6) a plan for applying changes in stages, starting with the safest, and a note on checking saved filters and dashboards that use old labels before any change.
