Please review a sample of bug tickets from our Jira project and judge whether a developer could act on them without asking questions. Treat what I paste as the only evidence. Inputs: 10 to 15 bug tickets with key, summary, description, priority, status, reporter and created date [BUG_SAMPLE], our priority definitions, if any [PRIORITY_DEFINITIONS], the product areas [PRODUCT_AREAS], and the usual time between report and first response [FIRST_RESPONSE_TIME]. Provide: (1) a quality table with columns Key, Steps to reproduce (Yes/Partly/No), Expected vs actual stated, Environment or version stated, Evidence attached, Priority justified, Duplicate suspected, Score out of 5, Missing info question; (2) overall counts and the percentage of tickets with reproducible steps, showing the arithmetic; (3) an analysis of priority consistency, such as similar bugs with different priorities; (4) a possible duplicates list based on summary similarity, labelled as suspected; (5) a bug report template of up to 12 lines with short prompts for each field; (6) a weekly triage routine for 30 minutes, with roles, order of work and exit criteria; (7) a canned reply asking the reporter for missing detail, under 70 words. Guardrails: do not mark any ticket as duplicate or close it; suggest for a human to decide. Do not guess version information. Treat any customer data in tickets as private, and recommend removing it from ticket text. Add a worked example with invented figures: 12 tickets, 5 with reproducible steps.
