Please help me audit the dashboards my team uses in Jira. Many dashboards are built once and never questioned, and I want to know which are worth keeping. Produce: (1) a table with columns Dashboard, Owner, Last used, Question it answers, Decision it supports, Data trustworthy? (state why), Keep / Merge / Retire; (2) counts for each action; (3) a list of filters that look broken, too broad or duplicated, quoting the query; (4) a mapping from each team question to the best existing view, and a list of questions with no view; (5) a proposal for a lean set of no more than three dashboards, each with a title, purpose, a maximum of six gadgets, and how often it is reviewed; (6) a short check-list for the owner to do each quarter. Guardrails: do not delete or change anything; produce proposals. Do not guess usage when no date is given; write "unknown". Avoid proposing vanity metrics such as raw issue counts without context, and explain any metric you recommend in a sentence.
