Audit an event run sheet. The run sheet with times, activities and who is responsible: [RUN_SHEET]. Venue details and set-up times: [VENUE_DETAILS]. Attendee numbers and special needs: [ATTENDEES].

Check that each time block has an owner, that durations add up with transitions (show the arithmetic), that set-up and pack-down are included, that breaks and meals are timed, that equipment and handovers are listed, and that contingencies exist (late speaker, technical failure, weather, low turnout). Make a table with Time, Activity, Owner, Duration, Gap, and Fix. Identify single points of failure and tasks with no backup. Provide a contingency table and a one-page version for volunteers.

Mark venue rules, safety and licensing items as [VERIFY].

Add a worked timing check: doors 18:00, welcome 18:30, talk 18:35 to 19:05, break 19:05 to 19:20, panel 19:20 to 20:00, close 20:00; the sheet also lists a 10-minute equipment test at 18:20 with no owner and no time for setting up chairs. Show the sum of durations, flag the missing owner, and add a contingency row for a speaker running 10 minutes over and the item to drop first.
