Audit a group chat. The rules if any, and a sample of a week's messages (topics, times, who posts): [CHAT_SAMPLE]. The group's purpose and members: [PURPOSE_AND_MEMBERS]. Complaints I have heard: [COMPLAINTS].

Categorise messages (information, questions, social, off-topic, repeated), count each with percentages and the arithmetic, and find busy times and the share of messages from the three most active people. Identify missing information (a pinned summary of dates, a place for announcements) and messages that cause confusion. Make a table with Issue, Evidence, Effect, and Proposed norm. Draft five short rules in a friendly tone, a pinned summary template, and a way to take long debates to a call or document.

Respect members' privacy; use only what I paste.

Add a worked message count: 180 messages in a week, 54 information (30 percent), 31 questions (17), 62 social (34), 33 off-topic or repeated (18); the three most active members posted 96 messages (53 percent). Provide five rules such as 'announcements go in the pinned message' and 'post dates in one line with day, time, place', and a sample pinned summary of the next four meetings.
