Audit report usefulness. List of reports or dashboards, who views them, how often, and decisions made in the last quarter that used them: [REPORT_USE].

Make a table with report, owner, views per month if known, decisions it informed, and classification as essential, occasionally useful or unused, then count and show percentages. Propose which to retire, which to simplify, and which new questions need a report; for each question the team asks that no report answers, propose a simple report and the data it needs. Ask users before removing anything: for each unused report ask the owner whether it can be retired, and keep retired reports for 30 days.

Suggest a rule that every new report has an owner, a purpose and a review date, plus a short feedback question for report users. Interfaces and limits are updated often, so label unconfirmed details [VERIFY]. Keep the retirement list short enough to agree in one meeting. Ask me for the missing view counts instead of guessing them, and keep a copy of anything retired.
