Prices attached to subscriptions generally cannot be changed in place, so the usual pattern is to create a new price and migrate customers deliberately; archiving a price in use may affect subscriptions and must be tested in test mode first [VERIFY]. Plan: mark the 21 for review, ask product owners to confirm by a date, archive the confirmed ones, and keep a spreadsheet of what was archived and why. Propose a naming convention with product, interval and currency (monthly, annual), clear receipt descriptions, a tax category set with the accountant's guidance, and an annual review.
