Calculate the monthly total I expected and the difference from the bill, with arithmetic. Prioritise the three charges most worth disputing and write a polite query for each. Add a checklist of what to ask the provider and what to check in my account settings.

Do not assume an error; list possible explanations and the evidence needed. Mark contract terms I cannot see as [VERIFY].
