Test each conclusion against the comments: is it supported by many customers, is a loud minority over-weighted, are positive comments ignored and are recommendations tied to evidence? Check whether anything changed as a result. Return a table with Conclusion, Evidence, Support (red, amber, green) and Fix, a score from 1 to 10 for rigour and usefulness, and a better report outline. Also suggest including the number of comments behind each theme, a section on what customers like, and a column recording which team owns each action. Add a rule to report back to customers on what changed as a result. Add a final section that lists assumptions you made, each marked clearly, so that I can correct any that are wrong before acting on the recommendations.
