Audit escalations from first-line to specialist support. Five escalated tickets with the summary written by the first-line agent and the specialist's questions: [ESCALATIONS]. Our escalation template: [TEMPLATE]. Time to resolution: [RESOLUTION_TIMES]. Check whether the summary contains what the specialist needed, how many times the customer was asked to repeat information, what delays occurred and whether the customer was kept informed. Return a table with Ticket, Missing information, Delay caused and Fix, a better escalation template, and a measure of repeat questions per escalation. Also suggest a required-fields checklist for escalation, a response time promise from the specialist team, and a way to tell the customer what is happening. Finish with the main reason handoffs fail here. Also check the wording customers receive when their case is escalated, and whether it sets a realistic time for the next update. Suggest a rule that the first-line agent stays the customer's contact until the specialist replies. Add a final reminder of the limits of this review, saying which conclusions are firm, which are tentative, and which parts need a qualified professional's confirmation.
