Review a conversation with an angry customer. Paste the full thread with names removed: [THREAD]. What the customer was entitled to under our policy: [POLICY]. How it ended: [OUTCOME].

Mark the moment the customer's tone changed, each reply that helped or made it worse, any defensive wording, missed apologies, unclear offers and moments where the agent should have escalated. Check that the agent stayed within authority and that the customer's actual problem was addressed.

Return a timeline table with Message, Effect, What would have been better, and a coaching summary with three behaviours to keep and three to change. Include a calm alternative reply for the worst moment.

Also note which phrases acknowledged the customer's experience without admitting fault the company does not hold, and which sounded scripted. Suggest the best opening sentence for this situation.

Then turn the review into training material. Write a short de-escalation guide of one page covering listening, naming the problem, apologising for the experience, offering options within authority and agreeing the next step. Provide five scripted openings for different complaint types and a list of phrases to avoid. Create two practice scenarios based on this thread with details changed, including the customer's messages and a rubric for the role-play partner. Add a debrief template for the agent after a hard contact and a support route when the conversation involved abuse. Describe when and how to escalate to a manager, including what to include in the handover. Remind the team that staff safety and dignity matter, that abusive contacts can be ended politely under policy, and that any threat should be reported through the right channel [VERIFY].

Add a closing section with three phrases for ending a call or chat that has become abusive, consistent with policy, and the steps to report it afterwards.

Finish with a before and after comparison of the weakest item reviewed, so that I can see exactly what changes and judge whether the effort is worth it.
