Check whether my FAQs answer what people actually ask. My FAQ pages (paste questions and answers): [PASTE_FAQ]. Real questions from support tickets, chat, sales calls, and search queries: [REAL_QUESTIONS].

Tables:
1. Coverage map: Real question theme | Frequency | Answered in FAQ? (yes, partly, no) | FAQ entry | Quality (1-5).
2. Quality review: FAQ entry | Problems (answer buried, jargon, outdated, too long, evasive, wrong, no next step) | Rewrite of the first sentence.
3. Gaps: questions to add, ordered by frequency, with a draft answer in under 60 words each, using only facts I provide (mark gaps [ADD FACT]).
4. Remove or merge: duplicate, outdated, or marketing-only entries.
5. Structure: proposed groups, order by frequency, and which entries need a dedicated article.

Add rules for good FAQ answers (answer first, then detail, then link), a review owner and date for each entry, and a way to measure success (reduction in tickets about the covered topics, helpfulness ratings). Do not invent customer questions.
