Audit a presentation's story and timing. The slide titles, speaker notes and planned time for each slide: [SLIDES_AND_TIMINGS]. Total time allowed: [TIME_ALLOWED]. Audience and the decision or understanding I want from them: [AUDIENCE_AND_GOAL].

Read the titles in order and judge whether they tell the story alone. Check that each slide has one message, that the order builds an argument, that the time per slide adds up to the total (show the sum), and that the most important content gets the most time. Identify slides to cut, merge or move to an appendix, and transitions that are missing. Make a table with Slide, Message, Time, Evidence, and Action. Propose a revised outline and a one-sentence summary for the opening and the close. Add a rehearsal plan with a timed run.

Do not alter facts or data. Mark claims that need a source [VERIFY].

Add a worked timing check: 18 slides in 20 minutes is about 67 seconds per slide; three data slides need 2 minutes each, so the other 15 slides get about 14 minutes (56 seconds each); recommend which slides to merge. Include a rewrite of three weak titles as takeaway statements.
