Audit density and pace. Slides with text, font sizes and my time estimates: [SLIDES_DETAILS]. Total time: [TOTAL_MINUTES]. Word limit per slide: [WORD_LIMIT].

Work slide by slide, reporting word count, number of separate ideas, smallest font and my estimated minutes. Total the minutes and compare with the time available, for example 24 slides at an average of 1.5 minutes is 36 minutes against 30 available, so cut 6 minutes by merging slides. Flag slides over the word limit and those with more than one idea, since these slow a talk down. For each, suggest whether to split, cut, replace text with a visual, or move detail to the notes, and rewrite the three densest slides in a form I can paste back.

Return a table with sums. The word limit is a guide; test by viewing the slide from the back of the room. Keep the rewritten slides plain and under the word limit. If my time estimates look optimistic compared with the word counts, say so and suggest a more realistic pace per slide.

Invented figures: 24 slides at an average 1.5 minutes = 36 minutes against 30 available. Overrun 6 minutes. Slides over the 40-word limit: 7 of 24 = 29.2 percent. Merge slides 9 and 10 and slides 13 and 14, and cut slides 11 and 12: four slides fewer at 1.5 minutes each saves 6 minutes. Per-slide table sample: slide 9, 62 words, 3 ideas, 1.5 minutes: split. Slide 10, 55 words, 2 ideas: merge with slide 9 after cutting. Slide 11, 18 words, 1 idea, 1 minute: keep. After changes: 20 slides at 1.5 minutes is 30 minutes, which fits the time available but leaves no time for questions, so one more slide should be cut or moved to an appendix.
