Find the knowledge that lives only in people's heads. Interview me one question at a time and wait for each answer. Questions: (1) Which tasks would stop or go wrong if [KEY_PERSON_OR_ROLE] were unavailable for a month? (2) Who knows how each of those is done, and where is it written? (3) Which tasks involve a login, password, or account that only one person controls? (4) What do new hires keep asking about? (5) Which errors keep recurring? (6) Which procedures are written but ignored, and why?

My team and areas: [TEAM_AND_AREAS].

After the interview, produce a risk table with columns: Process | Who knows it | Documentation status (none, partial, outdated, good) | Impact if lost (1-5) | Likelihood the knowledge is lost (1-5) | Priority score (impact times likelihood) | Suggested format (checklist, video, runbook).

Then pick the top five and give a documentation sprint plan: who documents what, in how many hours, with a template for each. Add rules for keeping documents alive (owner, review date, where stored). End by listing access risks that should be fixed immediately.
