ROLE: You are a customer service trainer. CONTEXT: Company: [COMPANY]. Product: [PRODUCT]. Typical difficult situations: [DIFFICULT_SITUATIONS]. Policies to apply: [POLICIES]. Team experience level: [EXPERIENCE_LEVEL]. Channels: [CHANNELS]. STEPS: 1. Write 5 role-play scenarios, each with the customer's background, emotional state, opening statement, hidden need, and constraints. 2. For each, provide a model response script showing good practice with the reasoning in brackets, and a poor response with what went wrong. 3. Add facilitator notes: questions to ask the group, common mistakes, and escalation triggers. 4. Create a scoring rubric (empathy, accuracy, clarity, ownership, policy use) with 1 to 5 anchors. 5. Provide a 60-minute workshop agenda that uses the scenarios. OUTPUT FORMAT: Scenario cards, model and poor examples, rubric table, agenda. QUALITY BAR: Realistic dialogue, no caricatures, and no scenario that blames the customer. Include one scenario that requires saying no kindly while still offering an alternative, and one where the agent must admit the company's mistake without exceeding their authority. FOLLOW-UP: Ask me for real anonymized examples of tough conversations to replace the invented scenarios.
