I have a pile of things on my mind. Paste of my brain dump, unedited: [BRAIN_DUMP].

Sort every item into exactly one of these piles and show them under headings: Do (something I can act on within 7 days, with the very next physical step written as a verb phrase and a time estimate); Park (something that needs a later date, with a trigger date or event to revisit it); Let go (something outside my control, with a one-line note on what, if anything, I can still influence). For items that mix categories, split them. Keep the Do pile to no more than five items and rank them. Then write the first message or action for the top item in two lines. If any items sound like they involve immediate danger, my health, or my safety, put them in a separate section called Seek help and say who to contact.

Keep this non-clinical: no diagnosis, no treatment, no medication suggestions. If anything I write suggests I am in danger, put a short crisis-resources message first and point me to a local helpline.
