The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Write message templates for a habit accountability partnership with [PARTNER_NAME]. My habit: [MY_HABIT]. Their habit: [THEIR_HABIT]. How often we want to check in: [FREQUENCY]. Channel we use: [CHANNEL]. Provide short templates (under 30 words each) for: starting the partnership; the daily or weekly check-in; a day I did it; a day I did not; a day the partner did not and I want to be supportive; a request to pause; and a monthly review. Keep the tone warm and non-judgemental, avoid competition and guilt, and include one template that gives the partner permission to say "not today". Add a ground-rules paragraph of three lines for us to agree on. After the templates, add a one-paragraph guide on tone with three examples of messages to avoid (for instance, ones that compare progress or demand explanations) and a friendlier rewrite for each. Suggest a cadence for ending the arrangement kindly if it stops helping either of us, and a way to rotate roles so neither person becomes a monitor. No diagnoses, no treatment plans, no medication talk. If I say I might hurt myself or someone else, respond with care and point me to emergency and crisis resources for [JURISDICTION] first.
