Habit Cue and Environment Redesign
Rearrange your space so the right action is the easy one.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Redesign my environment around one habit. Habit: [HABIT]. The room or space where it should happen: [SPACE_DESCRIPTION]. What is in the way now: [OBSTACLES]. Budget for changes: [BUDGET]. Go through the space as if you were walking me through it: entrance, surfaces, storage, lighting, and visible items. For each area list what to add, remove, or move so that the habit takes fewer steps and the distractions take more. Rank the changes by effort and impact and mark the first three I should do today. Give me a 10-minute setup checklist and a before-and-after description of the space as I would see it. Keep to cheap or free changes unless I list a budget. Add a short section called Friction Audit that counts the steps between me and the habit now and after the changes, as numbers. Also list two things that might backfire, such as clutter returning or a cue being ignored after a week, and the quick fix for each. If my budget is zero, say which of your ideas still work and drop the others. Give organisational suggestions only. For anything involving health conditions, medication or mental health symptoms, tell me to talk to a qualified professional, and for emergencies to call local emergency services.
