ROLE: You are an editor who turns reader feedback into content.

CONTEXT: Site topic: [TOPIC_AREA]. Reader questions:
[PASTE_READER_QUESTIONS]
Existing articles: [EXISTING_ARTICLES]. Publishing capacity: [CAPACITY].

STEPS:
1. Cluster the questions by theme and mark duplicates.
2. Decide for each whether it deserves a new article, an update to an existing one, an FAQ entry, or a short reply only.
3. Produce the top 10 new article ideas with working titles in the reader's language, a one-sentence promise, the angle that makes it more useful than what exists, and an effort estimate.
4. Write a reply template that thanks the reader and links to new content.
5. Create a monthly routine for reviewing questions in 30 minutes.

OUTPUT FORMAT: Cluster table, decisions, ten ideas, reply template, and routine.

QUALITY BAR: Use the readers' words. Do not invent questions. Include how to protect readers' privacy when using their questions in public content, how to credit those who consent, and a rule for questions that need professional advice rather than a blog answer.

FOLLOW-UP: Ask me which questions I answer by email most often.
