Write a recap I can post in Slack after a call. Notes or rough memory of the call: [CALL_NOTES]. Who attended and who should be told: [ATTENDEES_AND_READERS]. Decisions I know were made: [DECISIONS].

Produce a post of under 150 words as a short bulleted list: what we decided, what we are doing next (owner and date only where stated), what is still open, and where details live, with a line asking attendees to correct me within a set time. If the notes do not support a decision, say so instead of inventing one, and mark uncertain points [VERIFY]. Then provide a reusable template with the same headings, a version for people who were not on the call (one sentence of context, the decision, and what is needed from them), and advice on which channel or thread to use and when a direct message is right. Check whether calls may be recorded or summarised under our rules, and tell participants [VERIFY]. The post must be shorter than the time it saves.
