Design a drill for finance and executive assistants about fraudulent urgent payment requests that impersonate a senior person. Organisation payment process: [PAYMENT_PROCESS]. Approval limits: [APPROVAL_LIMITS]. Communication tools: [TOOLS].

Write one fictional scenario with invented names, set out as injects over 30 minutes. For each inject specify what participants see, the questions to discuss, and the good response (verify through a second channel, apply dual approval, pause). Include a decision tree for a payment request that arrives by email or message, a call-back verification procedure, and a short script for politely challenging a senior person. Add a post-drill review form and a list of control improvements to consider, such as bank-detail change verification. Make clear the drill is for training and uses no real accounts.

Also add a short list of three controls I could adopt this week that would stop most such attempts, in plain language.

Defensive purposes only. No malware, no credential theft techniques, no instructions for gaining unauthorised access; explain how to detect and prevent instead.
