Sales FAQ for Prospects
Answer the 15 questions every buyer asks.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Write a sales FAQ. Product and buyers: [PRODUCT_AND_BUYERS]. Questions from calls and emails: [REAL_QUESTIONS]. Policies (pricing, contracts, support, security, cancellation): [POLICIES]. Brand voice: [VOICE]. Return a list of 15 questions with answers (40 to 80 words each) in this order: what it does and who it is for; how it is different; how it works; implementation time and effort; pricing and what changes it; contract terms; security and privacy (facts only); integrations; support; results to expect (honest ranges, no guarantees); training; data ownership and export; cancelation; references and proof; what happens next. For each answer: direct first sentence, plain language, no unverifiable claims, a link or document to attach, and a "do not say" note. Mark every policy detail you could not confirm as [VERIFY]. Add an internal appendix: a table of who owns each answer, the source document, and the review date; a process to add new questions monthly; and a version for the website (shorter) and for chat. Check that the answers do not contradict the contract.
