Help me handle "I need to think about it". Deal context: [DEAL_CONTEXT]. What happened on the call: [CALL_SUMMARY]. The buyer's role and situation: [BUYER_CONTEXT].

Use this tree:
1. Was the need confirmed and quantified? IF no THEN the stall is probably about value; return to discovery questions.
2. Was the decision process mapped? IF no THEN ask who else needs to be involved and what they need to see.
3. Is there a specific concern the buyer has not stated (price, risk, timing, trust, internal politics)? Use a gentle probe: "When you think it over, what will you be weighing?"
4. Is the next step concrete? IF the buyer wants time THEN agree what they will consider, who will decide, and a specific follow-up date and format.
5. Is it a polite no? Give a respectful way to ask: "Is this something you see yourselves doing, or should we close it out?"

Provide for each branch a script of 30 to 60 words, an email follow-up of 60 words that summarizes the points to consider, a pre-written one-page decision aid for the buyer, and a note on respectful persistence (maximum three follow-ups). Avoid pressure, deadlines I cannot honor, and manipulative scarcity. Use only facts from the deal context.

Path taken: Step 1 yes (need quantified at 14 hours a week), Step 2 no (decision process not mapped), so go to Step 2.
Script (46 words): "That makes sense. So I can help you prepare, who else will weigh in on this, and what will each of them want to see?"
Follow-up email (58 words): "Thanks for the call, Dana. As discussed, the aim is to cut your weekly reporting from 14 hours to about 6. I have attached a one-page summary for Marcus in finance. Could we speak Thursday at 10 to answer his questions?"
Follow-up cap: three contacts, the last giving a respectful way to close the file.
