Tell a designer what each slide must communicate.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[ADD SOURCE] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Replace or resolve each flag before you use the result.
Write a slide brief. Talk outline: [TALK_OUTLINE]. Audience: [AUDIENCE]. Brand constraints: [BRAND_CONSTRAINTS]. Data to show: [DATA]. For each slide write the headline sentence, the single message, the visual idea, any data with the exact numbers, the speaker's cue, and notes on tone. Limit text to what is needed. Mark slides that need a chart, a photo or a diagram. Return a table, a style note covering fonts, colours, spacing and contrast, a list of assets I must supply, and a checklist for reviewing the draft deck. Request alt text for visuals. Add a worked slide brief example with invented content: slide three, headline "Most delays happen in handover", visual a simple horizontal flow of four steps with the third highlighted, data 60 percent of delays occur at step three, source the team log [ADD SOURCE], speaker cue pause here and ask the audience where they see delays. Provide a review checklist for the draft deck: one message per slide, readable at the back of the room, consistent style and descriptive alt text.
