Create an executive briefing. Project and objectives: [PROJECT_OBJECTIVES]. Current status and key numbers: [STATUS_NUMBERS]. Decisions needed: [DECISIONS]. Risks: [RISKS]. Write a one-page brief with the structure: purpose, status in one line with RAG, three highlights, three concerns, decisions needed with options and recommendation, and next steps with dates. Use plain language under 300 words, with no jargon. Provide a visual layout in text and a 60-second verbal version. Check that every number has a source and unit and mark unknowns [TO_CONFIRM]. Offer alternative framings for a sceptical executive. Add a version of the briefing for a decision meeting and a version for a status update, noting the differences. Provide a checklist to verify numbers against sources and a short list of questions an executive is likely to ask, with prepared answers drawn from my input, marking missing information as [TO_CONFIRM]. Also include a closing line that states plainly what I am asking the reader to do, and by when.
