Add rules: circulate papers 3 working days before, one page per decision, no new information in the meeting without prior notice, and escalate only what the committee can decide. Include a stakeholder pre-wiring plan (talk to members beforehand). Use only my information; flag any numbers to confirm. Limit the pack to eight pages plus appendix.
