Team Workspace Structure From a Team Description
Design spaces, folders, lists and statuses that match how a team works.

[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Design a ClickUp workspace structure. The team and its work: [TEAM_AND_WORK]. Processes (sprints, requests, client projects, operations): [PROCESSES]. Reporting needs: [REPORTING_NEEDS]. People who need access: [ACCESS_NEEDS]. Propose spaces, folders and lists with names, the statuses for each type of list (with definitions), custom fields to use (and which to avoid), task templates, and views for different roles (list, board, calendar). Explain how tasks move and where the same task might need to appear in two places, and how to avoid duplication. Provide a naming convention, permission suggestions in plain terms, a one-page 'how we use this' guide for new members, and a 30-day rollout plan. Include a list of anti-patterns (too many custom fields, statuses that differ in every list). Features such as hierarchy levels, templates and fields vary by plan; mark them [VERIFY]. Add a worked structure for an invented 12-person marketing team: one space, three folders (Campaigns, Content, Operations), lists inside each, a status set of five states, and the reason for each choice. End with a list of what to leave out in the first month.
