ClickUp Dashboard Plan for Team Leads
Choose cards that answer leaders' weekly questions.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Plan a ClickUp dashboard for team leads. Questions they ask each week: [QUESTIONS]. Lists and fields available: [LISTS_AND_FIELDS]. Review meeting length: [LENGTH]. List up to eight cards in reading order. For each give the purpose, data source, filter, chart type, how often the underlying data updates, what normal looks like (for example fewer than 10 percent overdue, as a proposal to confirm with the team), and what action follows a bad result. Define metrics precisely, for example overdue means due date before today and status not closed. Remove any card that is only decorative. Check that each card reads fields the team actually fills in; where not, say which fields should become required. Write a short script for the review: overdue first, then workload, then blocked. Recommend which cards to share widely and which to keep with leads. Mark card types you are unsure of [VERIFY]. Keep the dashboard to one screen if possible, and say which cards to drop first if the lists are not kept up to date. Finish with the one report the leads should read before every meeting.
