Set up goals in ClickUp for the next quarter. Team and priorities: [TEAM_AND_PRIORITIES]. Last quarter's results: [LAST_RESULTS]. Projects we plan: [PROJECTS]. For up to three goals write the goal, then two or three targets with a start value, target value and measure type (number, currency, true/false or task-based) [VERIFY which types exist], the linked tasks or lists, the owner by role, and the weekly check. Use only the baselines I supplied. Show arithmetic for percentage targets: raising a score from 62 to 75 is 13 points, or 21 percent of the start value. Challenge each target with four questions: is it specific, measurable, within our control, and checked at least monthly? Mark any that fail and suggest a fix. Where a target is really an activity or sounds like a task, offer an outcome wording instead. Add a plan for the mid-quarter review: what we do if behind and when a target may change.
