Plan a workshop to agree our definition of done. Team and product: [TEAM_AND_PRODUCT]. Current workflow statuses in Jira: [WORKFLOW_STATUSES]. Problems we see (bugs after release, unfinished testing): [PROBLEMS].

Create a 60-minute agenda with minutes that add up: warm-up, collect what done means to each role, group into code, test, documentation, review and release, vote on what is required for every story, and agree what is optional by story type. Draft a definition of done of no more than eight items, and a table showing which check belongs to which workflow status or checklist field and where in Jira each could live [VERIFY options in our version]. Include a note on handling items that cannot be met yet, and a plan to review the definition after three sprints.

State assumptions about who attends and how long each step takes. Write the facilitator prompts for each step so someone who has not run this workshop can do it. Say how to avoid a list that is too long to follow, and how to handle a team member who disagrees with an item.
