Return an agenda table with Time, Item, Goal and Question whose minutes add up, rules for ending a discussion that runs over, and a template for recording the outcome on each issue (decision, new size, open question, owner). Include a five-minute close that updates the board. Tell me which items to leave out if time is short, and which questions to ask offline beforehand so the session is not spent waiting for answers. Keep the plan to one page.
